ABOUT
The Flower Den was opened in March 2023 by me, Den! I am a small independent florist situated in a stunning 14th century building in the heart of the Roman town of Caerleon. After leaving a successful career in the corporate sector I wanted to pursue a passion of mine whilst offering something uniquely personal.
Flowers have always been a part of my life, going with my Dad (also called Den!) to the local florist to pick flowers for my Mam on a Saturday morning is one of my favourite childhood memories. Picking each and every stem of an arrangement to sit proudly on the dining table for the next week undoubtedly gave me my love for flowers and floristry – and this memory is what has lead to me having a ‘pick by stem’ service in the shop.. to afford more children similar lovely memories that I cherish.
In this modern World so few people talk to each other, but I love a chat! Getting to know you customers means that each and every arrangement I create is personal to you and to your taste. We offer flowers for all occasions, whether they be happy or sad, or just because you want to treat yourself, but one thing I do is pride myself on each arrangement being made uniquely for you and to your wishes.

MY MISSION
The Flower Den is a quintessential florist, homeware, gardenware and gift shop based on the high street of the beautiful Roman town of Caerleon. As well as your everyday flower requirements from hand-tied bouquets to pick n mix stems which are lovingly arranged in our 14th century shop, we offer contract work for local businesses and specialise in weddings, funerals and can be found hosting fun filled workshops for floral loving folk and our corporate clientele alike. We love nothing more than to get your cut flowers from our shop buckets into a loving home as soon as we can, therefore we are proud to offer a same day delivery service.
